Customized Scales
Customized scales can be supplied in any variation according to customer specifications. All scales are based on Eilersen digital IP68 load cells. They tolerate up to 1000% overload with no overload and sideload protection devices - ideal for very tough environments.

Platform Scale
Eilersen robust low profile platform scales are used in wet and tough environments with overloads, vibrations, high humidity and corrosion where high accuracies are required. The platform scales are maintenance-free and fulfil the protection degree IP68.

Hygienic Scales
Eilersen has developed a range of robust floor and pit scales. It features a hinged gas lift load plate for easy washdown in hygienic applications. Scales integrated in the production process have to meet the requirements to hygiene. But also being so robust that a forklift can drive into or over the scale without damaging the load cells. Furthermore the scale must be very safe and easy to clean. The new range of hygienic and robust IP68 rated scales from Eilersen fulfills these requirements.

LCD Weighing Terminal MCE9625G
Very flexible and fully digital OIML certified weighing terminal type MCE9625G with alphanumeric keyboard and a wide range of software for all standard weighing applications. The Eilersen weighing terminals feature a digital signal processor for displaying and processing the data from the Eilersen range of digital load cells. The MCE9625G is a weighing terminal with internal recipe handling to allow automation of batching and manual additions. The weighing terminal features various batch functions for direct control of batch components.
